We are now seeking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior IAM Advisor, to plan and define Efecte Customers IAM solutions in Finland. In this role you need to be multi-talent and keep several projects and pre-studies going on at the same time. You need to know something about everything, because you will be a link between Customers and Efecte's IAM consultants and developers. You will have an amazing opportunity to expand your IAM knowledge by joining Efecte's IAM crew, because we will guide, orientate, and provide needed solution trainings for you. In this role you have a great place to grow and expand your skills!

In this role, you get to…

• Work closely to customer
• Plan, define and document customers IAM-solutions and delivery projects
• Present IAM plans to customers
• Keep Efecte IAM workshops and IAM demos to customers
• Plan IAM roadmaps for customers
• Be part of Efecte IAM bid teams: You will be answering to requirement lists released by customers, give work estimations to Efecte's Sales Managers and produce requested documentation for tenders.

 To succeed in this role, you

• Possess a growth mindset: ability and willingness to learn more every day
• Have a passion to improve processes and think outside of the box
• Can manage several projects and task simultaneously
• Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a role like
• IT-support (focus in administering access rights)
• IAM Admin
• AD or Azure administering (other directory experience are advantages)
• Have been as a resource at least in one IAM project
• Have ability to produce content and materials at least in Finnish and English, fluency in German and/or Swedish are advantages.
• Experience defining IAM solutions, projects and / or integrations are advantages
