We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to help us effectively generate global demand for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF). As the lead Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing the global digital and performance marketing strategy and implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Country marketing teams. You are responsible for the optimized use of the digital marketing budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement the global performance marketing strategy that is within the given budget and maximize the number of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) that convert into sales pipeline

  • Provide meaningful performance marketing insights (from always on, campaigns, lifecycle comms) to key stakeholders (pr, marketing, sales, commercial etc.) that can be turned into actionable activities

  • Communicate requirements to the wider Digital Marketing team for SEO, Website and Marketing Tech strategy development

What are we looking for?

  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads

  • Good knowledge of social media advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.

  • Budget and process management

  • Strong communications & presentation skills in English

  • Drive for performance and ROMI

  • Commercial acumen, data-driven thinking, analytic skills

  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights

  • Good collaboration skills with all relevant stakeholders

  • Bonus points for experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
