Nixu is a cyber security company with 400 enthusiastic specialists in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, and Romania. We are on a roll! Our People Operations team (POPS) supports our employees and leaders both in local and global roles.

About the role

In this role you will team up with our People Operations team to provide support in different daily HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, training, and exit.

POPS Trainee role includes for example assistance in all stages of the recruitment process, updating and managing our HR systems, handling both candidate and employee communication, supporting in internal communications, such as People News, participating in development processes, supporting in employment contracts, resignation handling, and helping our employees in any questions they might have.

What are we looking for?

We hope you are interested in modern HR practices and have studies in social sciences, HR, management, communication, or another relevant subject. Experience in supportive tasks from an international, fast-paced environment help you in taking over the tasks. The role requires positive can-do attitude and motivation to learn new things. You are tech-savvy, well organized, and precise. You have good skills in Microsoft Office programs and adopt easily new technology and systems. Fluent English and Finnish are must-have requirements in this role, both spoken and written.

This contract will be for ca. 6-month period, and the salary is 2500€/month. Position is located in Espoo, Keilaranta, but due to Covid-19 majority of the work will be done remotely.
