We are looking for a Summer Trainee to help us on our partner e-training offering. With thousands of business-to-business partners, we aim to ensure that each partner understands our products, who we are, and the threat landscape of today's virtual ecosystems. Our Channel and Go to Market team lies in the heart of our B2B operations, ensuring operational excellence in partner competence, development, and onboarding. Your role will be mainly to help us transform our e-training offering to match our evolving product portfolio.

You don't need to have experience with e-learning tools or B2B competence development – we'll teach you these as we proceed. What you need is an interest in technology, excellent skills in English, some competence with Microsoft Office tools, a detail-oriented mind, and enthusiasm for learning and doing. Plus, a steady set of nerves and tolerance for routine and repetition, as many of the tasks will be of hands-on mundane nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, maintaining, and evolving B2B oriented training (mainly on our e-learning platform)
• Help us turn existing materials into source material for both internal and partner training
• Help perform training analytics to identify trends and problem points

What are we looking for?

• You are currently enrolled in a University degree
• Competence with Microsoft Office
• Excellent skills in English – other language skills are a nice bonus
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Tolerance for routine and repetition
