Area Product Owner – Healthcare Solutions

We are now looking for
Area Product Owners to work on Healthcare product and service offering. As an APO you will be part of our product management unit, working closely with your product manager and other APOs. In addition, you will act as the hub connecting sales, product development and customer operations to work towards the common goals.
You will be responsible for
product area roadmap and release plans
Based on customer needs, market analyses, technology trends, regulative and legal requirements, and business calculations, you will propose release contents with sellable items that create value for customers and business success for the company.
identifying, defining, and managing the prioritized backlog for product area
thus, helping the development teams build solutions that meet the highest expectations of our customers
communicating the vision, offering, roadmap and release contents with customers and internal stakeholders

We expect you to have

proven skills in product development and product management

passion to build great products, innovate and solve complex customer problems
confidence to take the responsibility. You value accountability highly in yourself and in others
solid track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels of the internal and customer organizations, from staff level to senior management levels
strong organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
excellent written and oral communication skills in both Finnish and English
experience in healthcare and healthcare information systems is an advantage
