Our consulting business unit seeks to appoint a Managing Director for the Finnish Consulting business. The Managing Director is to join the global Consulting leadership team and will be expected to run and grow the Finnish team consisting of 60 sharpest minds in the cyber security industry. The team comprises of consultants, salespeople and the client engagement team working at our office in Helsinki, at client premises and from home offices. It therefore presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced director looking for a leadership role in one of Europe’s most prestigious cyber security consultancies.

Key Responsibilities
• Finnish Consulting’s overall competitiveness in the cyber security services market
• Vision and strategy for the Finnish consultancy – design and execution
• Regional business plan and OKRs – preparation and implementation
• Financial performance (and sustainable growth)
• Accurate reporting to the Leadership Team
• Staff engagement across the teams (eNPS)
• Development of your management team
• Crisis management

You will also be sharing accountabilities with other directors both in Finland and globally. Readiness to cooperate across business units is also needed to succeed in the role.
