Business Unit Automation’s Training team has a unique opportunity for a for Elearning Specialist to strengthen our small but engaged and curious team with an exciting agenda and huge impact on our business. Your mission – creating a top-quality and engaging elearning modules for our customers and employees

In this position, you are in the key role for elearning content creation, designing and producing elearning modules and training material from beginning to end. You execute elearning materials and contents according to Automation training roadmap and business plan and you continually develop and update elearning material so that it is always up to date in a fast-changing environment. The work consists of:

• planning a course content according to technical and pedagogical guidelines
• creating a storyboard for elearning modules
• elearning visualization and creating & editing videos
• creating elearning modules with selected softwares
• coordinating course translations
• continuous development of the training methods as a training team member

Your character - A service oriented professional with great collaboration skills and can-do attitude

You have a suitable educational background in pedagogy (MA) and/or technical e.g. automation, information management field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and of course, you have ability to create elearning material from scratch and manage the whole content creation process. This includes a solid track record of global elearning projects. You master different content creation tools such as Adobe Captivate (Prime), Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Your way of work is creative, flexible and customer-oriented and as we operate in an international setting, you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
