We are looking for a person to manage and continually improve Eficode’s technical security, could that be you? 

You work with our security standards, policies, processes and controls together with our professional IT & Security team and Managed Services business unit. Even though you have a lot of responsibility, you will always have a team to support you. Overseeing and controlling security hands-on together with our business and administrative units across all of our locations is also one of your main tasks. We also hope that you have some experience with security management certificates (we are ISO27001 certified), including managing, following and improving associated security controls. 

An important part of the work is assessing risks and planning out security measures and practices that will protect the company, our facilities, and our customers’ and employees’ digital safety. You also have a key role in preparing technical documentation and reports, creating trainings and giving guidance to our employees.

We hope you have: 

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in security, computer science or programming
• working experience and understanding of the information security industry
• knowledge of security issues and international security standards
• keen interest in the area of security
• excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• good communication and presentation skills in English

This position is located in our Helsinki office, only a 5 minute walk from the Kamppi metro stop, but you will of course have a possibility of remote work as well.
