Looking for a growth minded CFO

The above said, we are now looking for a growth minded talent to join our management team as a CFO. Ask yourself first:

1. Are you growth minded? 
2. You see everything always with a global lens?
3. Have a background in SaaS businesses? 
4. You love people and sales? 

If so, You will have a crucial role in the coming 36 months by making sure we are able to kickstart our scaling phase with needed resources, routines and development initiatives.

We are aiming to double our ARR in the coming 12 months as well as in 2022. Most importantly, the growth will come outside of Finland, so supporting international growth is crucial. 

You will be the person that develops and runs financial and operational reporting to all stakeholders (from the board to individuals), that puts everyone on the same page, both on strategic and operational issues. In the first 12 months you are expected to increase our cash reserves with good leadership, financial instruments and a successful seed round.

We expect you to own an operational excellence development attitude towards the processes, people and understand legal matters and even some product management.

Because of your background, you:

1. have a deep knowledge and experience on SaaS business and metrics.
2. have done or being deeply involved in investment rounds.
3. you understand legal matters or take responsibility to figure out.
4. you understand why product-market fit counts and how to refine it.
