Future 2025 is Orion’s corporate wide program reporting to CEO and planned for years 2021-2023 and it aims to transform business processes and the ways of working at Orion. The program is supported by the implementation of new IT systems and tools for example a full renewal of Orion’s current ERP. As a result, we aim to increase productivity in all of our operations and to have better end-to-end transparency and information available to support our daily decisions. In the future employee experience is enhanced by new tools and ways of working.

Description of the position 

Orion is currently seeking experienced Project Director / Manager to lead Orion Sap S/4 Hana greenfield implementation. In this role you will be leading a large project team at Orion and work closely with the implementation partner. 

Your main responsibilities include:   

- Manage and drive Orion SAP S/4 HANA greenfield project throughout the various stages of project lifecycle  from planning to deployment

- Continuous project planning

- Ensure that the project is delivered on time with expected benefits and to budget

- Project risk, issue, budget & scope management

In this role you report directly to Kim Nylund, VP, Future 2025 Program. The position is full time, project based and fixed term until the end of 2023. The location of this position is Espoo. 

Description of the unit 

You will be working in Future 2025 Program organization that consists of multitalented professionals that have the expertise of their own functions and work together cross-organizationally ensuring smooth transition and that the program goals will be achieved. 

Requirements 

Ideally you should have the following professional work experiences:

- Extensive SAP Project Manager/SAP Program Manager experience gained in large scale, international SAP implementations

- Excellent project planning & execution skills

- Experience from SAP S/4 Hana

- Exceptional leadership & communication skills

- Extensive teams management experience

- Influencing and negotiation experience

- Fluent in English, Finnish language skills are also appreciated

Above all else, you must have a positive can-do attitude coupled with excellent co-operation and networking skills.
