Managed Service Leader – One Nixu

Your role is to embrace, drive and realized our mission to keep the digital society running and vision of being the best place to work for cybersecurity professionals by taking our Managed Service organization to the next level.

You will lead an organization of about 100 Nixuans based in Finland, Sweden, Romania, and Denmark. Our services span from MDR, CDC, Security Services to Managed IAM. Nixu IT Services and Shared Service Center also belong to the Managed Services organization.

You will be accountable for Nixu Managed Services revenue and gross margin, with a strong focus on growth. You are expected to improve services scalability and efficiency, to manage the development of the technological roadmap along with technological partners of our choice. You will build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Services within Nixu.

What do you need to succeed?

You have background in IT services industry, preferably in cybersecurity services, as well as previous experience of owning business P&L responsibility.

You have a solid and broad understanding and experience of what the selling and delivering of complex, technology-augmented services require. You have a view of what is needed to success when being in the market as MSP and you know what the business drivers and logic are when selling services. You know how to integrate offerings and find synergies that drive company forward.

You have direct experience of building an efficient and effective service organization. You know how to lead the leaders, how to inspire a high performing culture of collaboration and client centricity when delivering and developing services. Teamwork and making people work as “one team” around a common goal for client is a challenge you are eager to work with.

You have business acumen, and you take pride in serving clients and developing the people you lead. In addition, we value previous experience in working in multicultural environment and university level master’s degree.
