F-Secure delivers research-led cyber security to defend organizations, society and people from real-world attacks and build resilience into their approach. To protect our customers even better we are expending our set of core competences in the Artificial Intelligence domain, and are looking for you to join the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AICE). In AICE you will work on a unique set of data collected by our security software. You will also work with other parts of the company to help making better data driven decisions. Many diverse and interesting data-related problems will need to be solved along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new data pipelines and continue to enrich our Data Lake, processing million of events every day
• Design and plan new data solutions together with the rest of the team and our customers
• Work closely with data scientists to make sure data pipelines are reliable and in a usable format
• Keep up to date with new technologies and evaluate as they become available
• Work together with cyber security experts to find novel solutions to real life problems

What are we looking for?

• Experience with relevant programming languages, in particular Python. Other languages such as Node.js, Scala and Java considered a plus (several years for a senior position)
• Experience using AWS or other public cloud services (e.g. Kinesis, IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Fargate, Glue, DynamoDB, Neptune, Aurora, EMR, EC2)
• Experience in Databases, ranging from relational databases to NoSQL and Graph databases
• Experience in API design, quality practices, continuous deployment, DevOps and DataOps (several years experience for a senior position)

• Experience with Spark and/or other similar big data technologies (several years for senior position)

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Good communication skills
