As a Lead Business Consultant you get to

  • create impressive business concepts and rethink traditional ones in client assignments and sales proposals

  • act as a lead for customer assignments, including tasks such as creating online strategies, develop concepts, model digitally enabled processes, experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows (and wireframes)

  • solve problems in brand level customer experience landscape including domains like customer service, customer relationship management, digital commerce & self-services, marketing, web apps and mobile

  • learn new, be a team player, communicate, interact and co-create with the customers

  • work in role which is both consultative and sales-oriented role

  • advice and support our customers developing digital excellence and 1st class customer engagement

  • generate new revenue by nurturing existing and acquiring new customers (independently and supported by our internal network)

TietoEVRY CX Advisory, Design and Innovation team designs superior customer experiences and businesses by combining strategic consulting, business design, marketing intelligence, CX architecture, service design, UX design and visual design competencies. We are inspired about digitalization, growth, customer behavior and brands. Our home in TietoEVRY Finland is CX (Customer Experience), a unit creating broad set of customer interfacing solutions and services to companies based. When not working from our sofas and kitchen tables, we are located in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

ADI, as we call it, is in charge of helping our clients succeed in all areas of customer experience. We gather customer insight, analyze markets, innovate, create (digital) service concepts, turn them into clickable prototypes, build design systems, co-create strategic roadmaps, map customer journeys and so on and so forth. Our clients range from public to private sector, from mining and forestry to hospital districts and public transportation. We serve many of the leading Finnish companies and public sector organizations.

In the bigger picture, our team Advisory, Design and Innovation is part of Customer Experience (CX) unit, which is one of the spearhead business areas of TietoEVRY. We help our customers to deliver winning digital experiences powered by intelligent technology, data and analytics. CX is a strategic competitive edge to our customers. We believe in holistic brand-wide customer experience design, innovation and development instead of point-to-point CX solutions to make a long-lasting difference. We usually partner with our customers in customer experience strategy, design, architecture, technology and data needs covering solution areas such as marketing automation, CRM, e-commerce, customer service, web and mobile applications. We work primarily with large Nordic organizations that have high standards to their CX partners and agencies. We also work with multiple leading commercial technology and cloud vendors as well as multiple open source technologies.

What we are looking for 

As a Lead Business Consultant, we expect you to have a deep understanding of customer experience management and digital businesses/services. You can write down and describe how companies drive the competitive advantages with customer experience and how they serve their end-customer better.

In addition, we expect that you have upper level understanding of strategical working, business design methodologies and customer management.

We hope you to have

  • Demonstrated experience of selling consultative assignments

  • 10+ years of work experience in relevant fields: customer experience, sales and digital solutions, customer service, marketing and commerce

  • Preferably years of experience focused on client facing in a design agency or consulting firm

  • Fluency in Finnish and in English is a must

  • Relevant degree or education

You are a proactive and hungry team player who is able to structure large contextual entities to easily understood objects. You also might have competences in high level customer experience enterprise architecture and some know-how around related technologies and solutions.
