We have an amazing opportunity for a key role in Global Marketing for the Cloud Protection for Salesforce team. We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible for leading the strategy, production and execution of global marketing campaigns, as well as measuring their success against performance targets to determine commercial impact and identify improvement opportunities.

This role will be ideal for an experienced, confident and assertive marketing professional looking to make an impact in a performance-driven marketing team. You will support a team of Regional Marketing Managers based across all our core operating regions, orchestrating multiple campaigns to generate brand awareness and demand for Cloud Protection for Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of global marketing campaign plans from initial concept, through to feedback and evaluation. Plan content & digital production activities, coordinate execution in all operating regions, report clearly and concisely on global campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create in-funnel lead nurturing assets, working with centralized marketing team to deliver assets for the global campaigns, such as video animation, blogs, landing pages and global digital events.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams and marketers to drive marketing/sales collaboration.
  • Liaising with Country Marketing teams for campaign delivery and execution, including providing support and guidance in getting the best returns from their local marketing budgets.
  • Actively seek internal and client feedback on campaigns. Continuously seek ways to improve the standard of marketing assets and activities.
  • Drive cross-BU collaboration, ensuring coordination with the marketing activities of all other BUs and take advantage of synergies.
  • Management of external agencies (e.g, for content and design, where required)
  • Own the content plan and strategy for Cloud Protection for Salesforce, working closely with the Content Lead for BSBU to ensure our messaging is in-line with the overall business themes.
  • Build and develop a Cloud Protection for Salesforce growth marketing team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • A confident and assertive people manager with a clear and direct communication style. Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Performance driven. Proactive, accountable and delivery focused. Highly disciplined and organized, able to orchestrate multiple campaigns globally.
  • Strong commercial acumen. Understands how the marketing function can best contribute to business’ commercial goals and wider strategy. Able to communicate the activities and outputs of marketing in this context.
  • Experienced in executing content-led marketing campaigns, ideally in a professional services market.
  • B2B experience, strong understanding of all B2B channels, ABM experience highly desirable.
  • Digital events experience desirable.
  • Analytical and data-driven in their approach. Confident Salesforce and marketing cloud user.
  • Strong English language & numerical skills.
