• Constantly improve working practices and team productivity on a team and organizational level
• Implement techniques to monitor the effectiveness of agile methods and quality of the development
• Maintain platform roadmaps together with other program office team members
• Manage platform deliveries and coordinate development across teams
• Keeps stakeholders well informed of status, risks, progress and achievements

• Suitable university degree
• 3-5 years Project management or product owner experience
• SW development experience
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Team player with demonstrated ability to work in cross-cultural, cross-geographical, multi-disciplinary teams
• Self-motivated and well-organized personality, who enjoys working on operative tasks as well as on strategic activities
• Proficient in English, skill in other languages are an advantage

• Agile development experience is a plus
• Embedded system experience is a plus
• Cloud based service experience is a plus
• GNSS knowledge is a plus
