We seek an inspiring VP HR to put people first

You will be responsible of people management, organization and HR function in our outsourcing cluster operating in 7 countries. Your priority is to ensure that our 1800 professionals have the best opportunities to grow and perform. Your key tasks are contributing to strategic and operational planning as a member of cluster management team and driving HR implementation with country HR teams. You will lead HR projects like competence management and develop the organization to meet the needs of our digitalizing business and customers.

With these skills you are one step ahead

You master HR in general as you have minimum 10 years of experience of leading HR roles in international environment. Coaching leaders, talent management and transformation are your home ground. You have ambitious business acumen and passion for both people and numbers. You make things happen with people and create a+team spirit. You have relevant academic degree and excellent capabilities to influence and make difference also in matrix environment.
