In your role, you will manage and lead a team of software engineers to implement our proprietary software solutions for external and internal customers in an agile way. You will work closely with our teams across the whole organization. We aspire to grow our capabilities by hiring people who understand agile principles of modern software processes.

At Blueprint Genetics your main responsibility is to enable your team members to do their best work. This means that you support and give feedback on their work and remove any obstacles they might face in their daily work. You coach and support your team members on their personal long-term development plans. Our daily work is executed in feature teams, so your team members will be spread out in different project teams.

We develop our processes continuously, so you participate in planning and implementing these changes with the team. As part of your job, you also participate in planning and estimating future projects, releases, and opportunities. This means that together with product managers, designers, product owners, and technical people we find the best solutions and timelines for our many projects.
