We are now looking for a TRAINEE for International Alumni Relations

Your main task as a trainee is to support the implementation of the university's international alumni relations program. We offer you an unforgettable experience in our cheerful and knowledgeable team of over 20 people. We work with great hearts for our university, in a spirit of co-development.

You will assist the alumni team in the following tasks: alumni communication, alumni recruitment, alumni and stakeholder events, and managing international alumni groups. After your traineeship you have good knowledge of how demanding stakeholder relations are managed.

We expect you to be at home in an international environment and enjoy new challenges. You are goal-oriented and have good networking skills. We hope that you have the capability and interest of producing both visual and written content for our communication channels. Graphic design, photo and video skills are an additional asset. Fluent skills in English are required.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
