We are now looking for a TRAINEE for Career Services

Your main tasks as a trainee will be to assist the Career Services team in coordinating the HelsinkiUNI International Talent Programme, which is aimed at international Master’s Degree students at the University of Helsinki. Tasks include administration of the mentee application process, as well as tasks connected to communication and marketing. You will be offered an opportunity to engage with the Talent Boost Network in the Capital Area. You can also be involved in various activities organized by Career Services.

We expect you to have excellent communication skills, the ability to take initiative and to work independently. We hope that you have the capability of producing both visual and written content for marketing purposes. Ability to process data in excel is a bonus.

We offer you a social, creative and development-oriented working environment with supportive colleagues and a chance to develop your professional- and career management skills.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
