ABOUT THE ROLE  

We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Data Analyst at ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this team from day one.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Acquiring data from different data sources.
• Developing user-friendly reports and dashboards (Tableau) and provide support to the team.
• Developing and implementing ad-hoc analysis, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
• Supporting with maintaining reporting data sources.

ABOUT YOU

• Relevant experience working with databases using  SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization / reporting. Experience with Tableau desired.
• Ability to find creative solutions for complex problems.
• Can-do attitude in a fast paced start-up environment.
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
