We are now searching for a Legal Counsel to work with us at the Legal and Regulator Affairs in Finland together with 3 lawyers in the Helsinki office.

Is this your next opportunity?

We are looking for a lawyer to strengthen our team and provide legal support in various matters throughout the company. The scope of legal advice provided includes amongst others general business, company, intellectual property and contract law issues. Knowledge in privacy, competition and employment law is considered beneficial, as well previous experience in the entertainment and/or telecom and/or IT sector.

You will:

• Advise our business units independently on contract law issues, draft and review agreements and provide your support in various negotiation phases
• Develop and maintain agreement templates, instructions, tools and processes as well as be part of implementing this framework
• Produce well-written, business minded and pragmatic agreements, documents and presentations
• Constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes and work in a more efficient way
• Contribute to the overall business performance and transformation journey
• Generally follow and analyze trends relating to law relevant to the industry in order to identify and develop best practices

Is this you?

Our ideal colleague is a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and spoken in Finnish and English). You hold a Master of Laws degree and have 3–5 years' full-time working experience in legal counselling from the business environment or combined with attorney practice.
