We are looking for a Sales Configurator Product Data Owner at ABB Oy, Large Motors and Generators Division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In this position you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of product models and product data in our sales configurators for large motors and generators. This role reports to Head of Sales tools and Processes. We offer a challenging position in an international working environment. Additionally, you have the possibility to learn about the sales configurators and to develop them further as well as have an opportunity to get familiar with the processes related to product configuration (R&D, product management, cost & pricing, sales).

Your responsibilities

Being in charge of our configurator maintenance is mostly independent work, as you will be creating new product variants into the configurator, updating accessories, product data and product sales items and keeping cost and pricing of products up to date. Running monthly sales configurator governance meetings in co-operation with product management, platform management and sales. Actively seeking out knowledge in order to develop product models and keep the product data up to date.

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or IT. Ability to create and understand causalities and logical relationships between input and output parameters of the configurator. Ability to focus on detailed work. Analytical and logical way of working. Fluent Finnish and English language skills and good team working and organizational skills. Ideally, you have experience in sales or engineering configurator development and maintenance. Knowledge and experience about product model governance is an advantage. Interest in programming and IT systems is beneficial.
