Wärtsilä Information Management (IM) supports businesses in digitizing core operations and enabling new digital business opportunities via technology and information. We are looking for an energetic Development Portfolio Coordinator to support portfolio management for projects and continuous developments.  To qualify for the job you need to be development minded, good with people and a fun person to work with. Location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio management for IM development portfolio 
- Develop and build PowerBI reports for the development portfolio
- Provide project office support for IM project managers
- Follow-up of rolling forecasts for IM projects
- Support portfolio management methodology development 
- Act as key user for the Portfolio Management System
- Coordination tasks in various IM projects
- Communications to stakeholders about own responsibility areas

Expectations:
- M.Sc. (or soon to graduate) in Economics & Business Administration or Information Technology
- At least 1 year IT project experience in an organization operating in global environment
- Good skills in building PowerBI reports
- Proficient in financials
- Understanding of portfolio and project management methods 
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills 
- Proactive, development-minded and goal-focused attitude to work 
- Fluent written and spoken English
