About this opportunity

• Drive the regular production of holistic risk reporting (both non-financial and financial risks) to senior management and the Nordea Board
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the Nordea group that provide input to the risk reporting as well as senior management in their role as report owners
• Developing and strengthening the analytical content and qualitative and quantitative measures in our reporting to support decision makers
• Lead and ensure that adequate risk reporting frameworks and processes are in place and further develop and drive process optimisation and automatization of risk reporting and risk assessment processes
• Take an active role in driving our change agenda both within the reporting area and other aspects of the risk management framework

• Strong relationship-building and cooperation skills to ensure commitment and engagement among stakeholders, both in regards of production of reports and delivering on our change agenda
• Have an interest in process optimization and developing our reporting capabilities
• Are solution-oriented and have a proactive approach in presenting solutions to challenges and enhancements to processes

• You have + 5 years’ experience of Compliance, Audit, Risk Management or as a Consultant within the Financial sector
• You have a University Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in managing projects and/or report production, and coordinating initiatives under tight deadlines
