We are now looking for a Business Control Centre (BCC) Manager to join our Fast-paced Business Control team.

What will you be doing 

In this position, your work will include monitoring KPIs, developing best practices and developing a world-class WBCC team. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independence.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have a strong understanding of Finance and accounting and experience leading a team. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have a strong background in finance and the ability to lead a team and make decisions independently.  

As a BCC Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

• Lead, manage and develop the BCC organization in respective areas of responsibility
• Development of BCC controllers – people management
• Development of BCC best practices
• Monitor the different KPIs that BCC is responsible
• Ensure BCC Responsibilities/task/projects are completed within timeline/budget
• Available to support stakeholder on matters within BCC scope
• Support/develop BCC team to ensure they have what is needed to complete their tasks

 You will shine in this role, when you have OR To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

• A strong knowledge of Wartsila Finance processes
• Independent decision maker
• Minimum 5 years of Finance exp
• Minimum 3 years of Team management/leadership experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or Business management.
• 20% travel required.
