Currently, we are going to hire Legal Counsel at Nordcloud. This creates a unique opportunity to join us and grow as a Legal Counsel at Nordcloud Finland.

As a Legal Counsel you will be:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier contracts and other legal documents.
• Drafting and reviewing various other legal agreements, corporate and regulatory documents and filings.
• Legal advice and support to Nordcloud colleagues.
• Developing and improving Nordcloud’s legal structures and processes.
• Managing and coordinating with external legal resources
• Assist and assume responsibility in other matters as needed such as within compliance, data privacy and finance.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 3 y legal experience as legal counsel or from law firm.
• Master of laws degree Finland.
• Excellent level in English, written and oral.
• Experience of practicing commercial law and reviewing of commercial contracts.
• Experience, skills and competence to independently handle legal matters.
• Fluent in Finnish

Skills that would be a plus:

• Fluent in Swedish or German
• Experience from working in an international setting.
• Experience working with IT-law, IP-law or Tax-law.
