Senior Service Owner - Centralised Endpoint and Software Management

We are looking for Centralised Endpoint and Software Management Senior Service Owner who can combine service-minded attitude with technical expertise to drive IT service development in alignment with business needs and cutting-edge technology capabilities in own area of responsibility. In this role you will take ownership of systems administration for range of platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android), supporting the following internal services: centralised software management and configuration of corporate-managed endpoints. You will also lead virtual team's work adhering to service development pipeline principals and quality standards, resolving blockers or priority conflicts in cases when they interfere with service development. Your role will require both service management as well as getting hands-on with service development as part of your daily work. The role could be based in one of our offices in Finland, United Kingdom, South Africa or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for Central Endpoint and Software Management services continuous development, ensuring service capabilities meet the customer demand, are secure, are relevant and are up to date based on industry best practices
  • Driving vision and roadmap in own service group, leading execution within virtual team according to established priorities and commitments to business stakeholders
  • Accountable for service lifecycle operations, ensuring service group is continuously compatible with internal standards, policies and certifications (e.g. company ISMS, Application Portfolio Management, GDPR standards)
  • Accountable for ensuring sustainable service operations handovers to service delivery teams at the end of each service development cycle
  • Responsible for service group visibility, ensuring continuous informational flow on service group development status, service consumption, security, availability, cost allocation and cost consumption, customer engagement & feedback
  • Responsible for steering virtual team work adhering to service development pipeline principals and quality standards, resolving blockers or priority conflicts in cases when they interfere with service development

What are we looking for?

  • You have expert level skills in troubleshooting, maintaining and developing following Microsoft Azure services for endpoint management: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot
  • You have expert level skills in troubleshooting, maintaining and developing following on-premise services: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Active Directory Group Policy Management, Jamf Pro
  • Thanks to your expertise in these areas you are able to:

    • Plan and implement services supporting solutions in scope

    • Manage device compliance, accessing services supporting solutions in scope

    • Plan, implement and manage applications used as part of the solution in scope

    • Plan, implement and manage solution security and threat management (cloud application security, reporting and alert management, threat and vulnerability management, advanced threat protection)

    • Plan, implement and manage information integrity protection, auditing, data loss prevention and disaster recovery plans for solution in scope

    • Plan and implement Governance Strategy for the solution in scope

    • Manage endpoint and software estate while working in Enhanced Security Administrative Environment (ESAE)
