We need to strengthen and increase our execution in Virtual Compute and Container capability with a Cloud Infrastructure Architect that can secure our cloud offering going forward.

I am Daniel Göthberg, Head of Virtual Compute and Container capability and I am looking for a new star with solid technical and architectural background in SDDC and Container area to drive the overall architecture for on premises IT cloud in the Nordics and Baltics. And in next step also elaborate and evolve in multi cloud offering.

Is this your next opportunity?

As Cloud Infrastructure Architect in Virtual Compute and Container capability you will work in a team consists of product owner, scrum master and cloud engineers having the responsibility to deliver SDDC and Container services. You will be responsible for the overall SDDC and container architecture, roadmap, implementation, and guidance. We are in the beginning of our journey to implement the NSX-T securing whole SDDC stack, and here you will have a key role.

·       Work is performed by agile principals and accordingly to SAFe framework

·       Securing architecture in one of the largest on-premises IT cloud footprints in the Nordics

·       Together with team and vendors make sure we are in the forefront

·       Support in architecture forums and technical discussions

·       Securing documentation, guidance, and knowledge sharing

Must-haves:

• Experience in VMware SDDC - vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, vRA, vROps
• Experience in container platforms - Tanzu, Rancher, Anthos
• Knowledge in Security and Compliance
• Great communication skills plus well spoken and written English
• Structured and very skilled in documentation
• Knowledge in architecture framework and principals

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in HCI (vXRail) and UCS (Cisco)
• Experience in networking
• Worked in JIRA
• Knowledge in SAFe framework
• Architecture certificate
• Multi-Cloud experience - VMware, AWS, Google
• CI/CD pipeline concept
• GitHub
• Ansible
• Terraform
