Eficode is now looking for a dynamic Interim Chief Financial Officer ("Interim CFO") to manage Eficode’s global finance function and performance for a one-year fixed term contract. This position is located in our HQ in central Helsinki.

Today, we operate in 7 countries in Northern and Western Europe, with annual revenue of 45 MEUR and over 400 employees. 

The Interim CFO will have a broad responsibility across corporate and operational financial and reporting processes. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a person who is both able to lead high-level strategic financial responsibilities and is not afraid to dive into the details on a regular basis. CFO will report to the CEO and be part of Eficode’s management team. 

Planned job duties and responsibilities

• Lead the Eficode Finance Team including 8 international finance professionals, to ensure excellence in both day-to-day service delivery and forward-looking improvement initiatives
• Developing forecasts and monitoring ongoing performance and cash flow against plan
• Partner with senior leaders to push the boundaries of current and future departmental goals and strategies. Clearly articulate the key drivers of the business.
• Demonstrate proven ability in developing models and conducting analyses that identify critical trends, support strategic decision-making and create visibility
• Ensure internal finance controls and related processes, such as leading Netsuite ERP implementation and m&a integration 
• Harmonize finance processes globally and identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems 

We expect you to have:

• 10+ years in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility and recent role(s) as CFO
• Experience managing and developing all elements of finance including accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow and financing
• Proven capability to work with external parties including investment banks, investor analysts, banks and different service providers
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Finnish mandatory) as well as presentation skills
• Previous experience in IT and software consulting and/or managed services businesses
• Master of Science in Economics/Business/Technology
