ABOUT YOUR NEW POSITION

What will you be doing?

Although we are not that big on strictly-defined job descriptions, your primary role will be expanding our sales and business development locally in Germany by acquiring new high-value customers for us and customer segments. You will be at the forefront of our German expansion but you are not expected to do this alone, as you will get strong support from our sales organization and management team located in Finland. Plus, our well-productized service offering presents excellent opportunities for you to help us scale and secure our hypergrowth for many years to come.

What exactly are we looking for?

We are definitely interested, if you recognize yourself from these qualities:

  • You have several years of sales experience in an international B2B SaaS company
  • You have big interest towards fintech and have acquired knowledge from the payment industry through having worked in or with banks, neobanks, or other fintechs
  • You already have some contacts in German fintech markets and are familiar with the landscape
  • You are self-driven, hands-on and love to accomplish goals
  • You thrive on having a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have received feedback for being a good listener
  • You communicate fluently in German and English (English our working language in the company)
  • You think that working as a team is absolutely the best way to succeed
  • You have a positive attitude, and the desire to uplift and share knowledge to others
  • You can discuss strategic topics with C-level executives
  • You are able to have constructive discussions with technical professionals
  • You have eligibility to work in the EU

THIS IS HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS

You will start with a thorough onboarding to the company and our service offering, led by our management team as well as our Business Development and Sales departments. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.

After 3 months:

  • You have established a good understanding of what Enfuce delivers for the customers
  • You have established contacts with first priority prospects
  • You have gained understanding of local Fintech segments and are capable of prioritizing them to be approached
  • You have started to approach 2 of fintech segments in Enfuce focus

After 6 months:

  • You have developed a reputation as a collaborative, proactive and engaging person and colleague 
  • You work independently, contribute to the team and work according to Enfuce values
  • You have approached 4 fintech segments in Enfuce focus 
  • Gained understanding of financial institutions that could be approached with Enfuce solution offerings
  • 20+ value proposals sent
  • 1-2 legal negotiations on-going
  • You manage your sales pipeline and communicate the status of your cases effectively to stakeholders

After 12 months:

  • You have signed at least 6 customers
  • You manage a solid pipeline of at least 60 prospects and close high value deals
  • You receive regular positive customer feedback – your customers are happy with the quality of the work and solutions provided
  • You have developed the ability to utilize customer feedback for improving our sales operations.
