Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across one or more parts of the employee life-cycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Work you will do

As a Recruiter, you will drive independently the full recruitment process in close cooperation with our stakeholders. Furthermore, you will get direct exposure to our business leaders advising on sourcing and recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process from A-Z.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Nordic Recruiting Service Group Lead and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment. Our recruiting process are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with our talented and dedicated professionals and in a team consisting of highly skilled recruiters, all working towards a shared goal. 
In addition, you will have direct contact to our many cooperation partners, participating in the creation of new recruiting initiatives, optimizing the recruiting processes and take care of the day-to-day processing of our many candidates. 
  
You will be a part of the Nordic Recruitment team consisting of more than 30 Recruitment professionals. Apart from working closely together with the different functions in HR, we expect you to take active part in the community.

This is a 12 month temporary position.
