Job Description

As an Client Architect, you will have full accountability and responsibility to orchestrate technical resources to define, drive and implement long-term strategies for ISVs in EMEA.

We are looking for the confidence, coming out of practical experience and an exceptional technical background, to create value and bring new perspectives for technical decision factors (heads of technology, architects and key players in the technical teams).

• Build-up on the value and power of our OCI technology and be inspirational towards NEW, by using sharp and crisp technical arguments
• Remove blockers for your customers to think BIG, outside current boundaries; support them during entire adoption cycle to transform their vision in reality
• Solve complex problems and bring-in the right resources xLOBs, for an optimal result; encourage all contributors to be at their best and develop on each-other ideas
• Understand customer needs, consider the overall solutions and the change impact of our proposals
• Be willing to take over the responsibility for the ultimate success of the implementation projects that you are designing
• Be viral together with your customer in the communities which can contribute to your customer growth

Responsibilities

• Create the vision, along with Sales

• Guarantee the success - scope projects and success criteria, be responsible for implementation success of what you are designing; regular validate of value creation with customer
• Delight customers by offering unique experience
• Accelerate consumption growth in your territory (achieve consumption target, increase number of active customers and number of projects)

• Grow knowledge and innovation - capture and share best practice and practical lessons learnt
• Work in partnership with key internal stakeholders like the EMEA ISV Cloud Labs and develop network across the innovation eco-system

Required Skills

To be succesfull in this role, is anticipated that you will have\:

• At least 5 years in chief architect role or Senior leadership in software engineering / Data Science
• Experience in software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture and Cloud native services
• Experience in multi-cloud deployments
• Very good understanding of current technologies around the data fabric of companies (Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI etc).
• Entrepreneurial mindset to link technology to the business
• To be creative, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• To be a team player, self-motivated to create value by connecting the right resources
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and the specific language for the allocated territory

In order to increase the role impact, following skills would be considered an advantage\:

• Experience that demonstrates strategic thinking, influencing power (maximizer, significance, activator), with a high ability to execute.

• Proven track record in leading C-Level engagements
• Experience working in fast paced ISV companies, ideally in Finance and/or B2B industry
• Cloud Technologies certifications
