WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

Developing the largest and fastest-growing music education app in the world is a real challenge, but very rewarding. We are expanding our creative team and looking for two multi-talented, multi-tasking video content producers and storytellers with expertise in post production and motion graphics to take care of Yousician's video production needs. In this full-time position, you'll be working in-house to support the marketing team in producing video advertisements to help us reach wide audiences with our mission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Working with other creative producers to manage Yousician's video ad production pipeline. This includes all aspects of video production from creative scriptwriting, scouting, and set-up to shooting, editing, and delivering on time. 
• Work in systematic sprints to create impactful advertisements based on data.
• Creating multiple variations of the same footage for experimentation.
• Regular creative brainstorming sessions to shape the content of the upcoming campaigns.
• Follow up with marketing trends on online networks to deliver the most up-to-date video production and fast-paced editing practices.

WHO YOU ARE

• You’re experienced in producing advertisements, preferably for online networks.
• You have exceptional skills with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• You have outstanding command and understanding of video editing. 
• You can turn a marketing strategy into an engaging storyline for video.
• You’re able to produce video advertisements from start to finish, independently.
• You’re familiar with performance marketing
• You have excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus skills:

• Experience working with music.
• Experience in casting and directing talent.
• Knowing how to work with spreadsheets.
