Wärtsilä Marine Power Solutions RDE, Automation & Controls is now looking for a DevOps Engineer or Expert to join our team. We in A&C develop and maintain embedded engine control systems for all Wärtsilä engines.

Your typical day will include:

  • Working with a team of experts in an agile release train
  • Design, development and integration of CI/CD-pipeline including for example: automatic test framework, build environment, development environment, test and virtualisation environment
  • Development of automated hardware test-rack system (HIL-testing)
  • Co-creation with the development teams to ensure tools meet agile release train needs

 
Required Skills:

  • Experience in object oriented programming (Java, C#, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in cloud administration (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS, etc.) 
  • Experience in different CI tools (TeamCity, Ansible, Artifactory, etc.)
  • Experience in Linux and Windows administration

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience in HIL-testing
  • Embedded development (C, C++, etc.)
