Sofigate already has extensive capabilities and expertise in the areas of corporate security, cyber security, governance, and risk management. The demand in our clients has significantly increased due to new rules and regulations in the digital business, especially related to privacy and cybersecurity. The supply market requires visionary partners to help and lead our clients in their journey to establish GRC practices, principles, and processes into the core of their business to secure their business operations to a future-proof model.

We are seeking for leading experts who are passionate about business-oriented governance, risk management and cybersecurity with a growth mindset to build our Nordic-level GRC practice at Sofigate. Foremost we are seeking for a visionary, experienced and capable GRC lead consultants who are able to bring GRC into the core of our clients’ business operations both from IT and business perspectives.

Your responsibilities

Your key tasks in this role would be to closely work with our clients and lead them to succeed in securing their business operations through GRC practices. In addition, you would be in a key role jointly with our subject matter experts, sales representatives, and account owners to

• Establish the GRC offering with sustainable and scalable business model
• Create a value proposition for our clients through Sofigate GRC offering
• Define the expertise and skills needed for a successful consultancy and delivery in this area, while leveraging and combining Sofigate’s larger portfolio of services and technology platforms into the GRC storylines
• Support our sales pipeline creation and redefining our sales materials and storylines

What we expect from you? 

This position requires deep understanding and experience in the field of GRC. We also expect you to be fluent in discussing GRC with our clients’ business representatives and CXOs. Through growth, you would also have an opportunity to work as a supervisor for the GRC expert team as a practice owner. We value if you already have certificates in the areas of cyber security, governance, risk management or related areas (e.g. SIEM, SOC).

Your location will be Helsinki metropolitan area. This position is permanent and full-time. The planned start date is after the summer vacation period.
