ZenRobotics is based in Helsinki and currently employs 70 passionate employees. We started the robotic recycling revolution and are now growing faster than ever.

We are now looking for a seasoned Spare Parts Engineer for alternation leave substitute. The work will start as soon as possible and last at least until end of this year 31.12.2021. You will play an important part in keeping our robots continuously productive and our customers happy. Your tasks will include day-to-day spare part work, such as managing quotations and orders and organizing spare part shipping. You will also focus on developing our current processes toward a scalable model that ensures our growth. This work may include analyzing spare part consumption, pricing and the profitability of stock rotation. Even this job is now fixed-term, option to extend always exists as we are growing. 

What is needed in this role?

• Good communication skills and a proactive customer service attitude are a must.
• Technical education and background will help you get started quickly.
• Experience from a similar position is an asset.
• Experience from process development is a definite asset.
• Fluent English is needed to communicate with our global customers; Finnish, Swedish, French, Dutch and other languages are a plus.
