We are looking for an enthusiastic privacy and data protection expert to join the dynamic F-Secure Legal & Compliance team. Head of Privacy has a core role in supporting F-Secure’s best-in-class cyber security business worldwide. The position is located at F-Secure's headquarters in Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities

Head of Privacy's main responsibility is to lead F-Secure's privacy compliance activities globally, helping the business to find the right strategic approach for fulfilling legal obligations while taking into account the data driven business needs, technical feasibility and ethical expectations. The role includes advising the organization on the privacy regulations and best practices, developing privacy-related policies, processes, guidelines and creating awareness on privacy matters. Head of Privacy also monitors compliance with applicable privacy laws and internal policies and acts as a contact point for the respective data protection authorities.

What are we looking for?

Skills & Experience

• You are a privacy expert with at least 5 years of relevant experience from an in-house role or a law-firm. Masters in law and/or privacy certificates (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) are preferred.

• You have experience of designing privacy-related policies, processes, training materials and guidelines for software/technology/cyber security businesses and advising such businesses on privacy compliance matters.

• You have experience of working in an international business environment.

• You are fluent in English and preferably also in Finnish. Additional languages are an advantage.
