WHAT IS THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

In this role you get to operate with many of the most exciting companies within Europe who are expanding their own businesses. Your main responsibility as the Sales Coordinator is the first step of our sales process, managing the leads from the first contact through the qualification. In other words, your everyday activities include contacting all leads received from our company website, according to the lead management process. 

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.

What will you be doing:

  • Investigating and contacting customer leads and gathering required information to qualify the leads
  • Managing the lead data on both Hubspot and Salesforce to assure the data is reliable and up to date
  • Assisting Sales team in general activities such as sales planning, providing data of how customers are behaving on the Enfuce website, and being responsible for different customer reporting
  • Assisting event and webinar activities by gathering target lists, as well as on-site  and after-event activities
  • Working closely with the Sales Operational Manager to further develop all tools and processes related to lead management
  • Taking ownership of your scope of work and take part in sharing knowledge inside the organization

  • Existing knowledge from coordinating sales or similar activities
  • Ability to organize your own work and to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset to identify and solve problems and to take feedback further
  • Being positive and easily approachable since you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (our working language)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to listen and to think critically

This is a permanent position along with comprehensive insurance and health benefits, as well as the possibility for stock option incentive. Your paycheck will consist of a fixed-salary. Although we are located in a comfortable and fully equipped office in Espoo, it’s OK for you to work remotely from anywhere in Finland.
