We are looking for an Assistant Controller for the time 1.9.2021 – 31.12.2022 to Delivery Center Vaasa, Business Control department, within Power Supply/Wärtsilä Marine Power.

In this position, the main tasks include supporting the Delivery Center Vaasa Business Control team in controlling and reporting, monthly closing and forecasting activities. Tasks related to product costing are also part of the position.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in controlling activities and good financial knowledge
• Production cost effectiveness
• Strong reporting skills
• Cooperative skills
• SAP knowledge especially PS and CS modules
• Experience in Power BI and good Excel skills
• Change management
• Problem solving and decision making
• Good communication and presentation skills including fluency in English, Finnish or Swedish is seen as an advantage

Education/experience:

MSc in Business Administration/Economics and/or proved experience in business controlling offices.
