What you will be responsible for:

• Technical design, project scope, and working with the customer, project team to deploy Salesforce Data migration requirements that meet client’s needs through architectural discussions and design exercises.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of other consultants and developers.
• Primarily responsible to ensure client success planning for the migration, analyse complex data models and perform large data volume migration.
• Develop best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
• Reviewing existing migration tools and providing recommendations for improving the performance of the migration process.

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce’s setup and configuration capabilities.
• Good hands-on experience with guiding customers on data migration cleansing, data quality techniques, and understanding of GDPR and data encryption/decryption.
• Skills in mapping data to the Salesforce data model.
• Good Understanding of Salesforce organisation and deployment using SDFX or similar tools such as Gearset, Copado, etc.
• Database knowledge and usage of SOQL and SOSL.
