We are looking for a dedicated Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator to work within a core team led by a Contract Manager. You will be part of the Agreement Delivery organisation. As an Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator you need to have a customer, business and service oriented mindset with a problem solving “can do” attitude. We are looking for you, who is an outgoing and positive team player. You have fluent command of Finnish and English, both oral and written. If you have command of other Scandinavian language as well, it will be considered as an advantage. 
The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.

As Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

Execute together with the core team assigned contracts in accordance with Wärtsilä guidelines to ensure that the contract management process and general management practices are done in a safe and cost efficient way to exceed the customer expectations

  • Material management, plan, manage and report inventory levels of reconditioned components and spare parts to secure availability
  • Manage external and internal workshop jobs, including logistics for jobs (parts, tools, etc)
  • Manage purchases and follow up of spare parts and services internally and externally for non-portfolio engines reconditioning work
  • Maintain customer dialogue on o daily basis under the agreement
  • Make quotations for additional or unscheduled maintenance including parts and work
  • Technical problem solving
  • Manage the deliveries together with the logistic department
  • Close co-operation with the factory test run and production planning
  • Interface with sales support and the other delivery functions (QuantiParts, Wärtsilä Global Logistical Services, Technical Service, other Field Services Operations).
  • Customer claims and warranty handling
  • Develop new processes/ way of working


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

  • B.Sc. or equivalent within the technical area
  • At least five years’ experience within contract management and/or workshop, Field Service or project delivery
  • Proven technical experience in engine operations
  • Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
  • Skilled in planning, target setting and reporting
  • Process development and extensive SAP understanding
  • Wärtsilä knowledge & business understanding
  • Contract Management, Field Service and Workshop Process knowledge
