We are now looking for a Manager responsible for Requirement Management and Compliance to be based in Helsinki.

Your daily work

• Developing framework & tools to manage effectively different commercial and legal requirements, mainly in the field of non-functional security, data privacy or business area specific standards to produce accurate view on compliance towards requirements.
• Working closely with the business and internal stakeholders to record and keep track of company-specific requirements in early stages of bids and contractual negotiations, enabling Nordcloud to identify and fill out gaps in agreed timeframes.
• Analyzing the requirements from different standards and certifications to provide input to group compliance roadmap, actively communicating on details with stakeholders.
• Working together with Audit Management on external and internal audit plans to ensure action plans are in place and are progressing by coaching and ensuring responsible parties, planning and communicating for fulfillment of requirements, and following plans.
• Participating in privacy work by supporting DPO and rest of the organization on ensuring records of processing activities stay up-to-date and that the scope of processing activities is transferred to more manageable formats from Data Processing Agreements.
• Working closely with the IT team to ensure that agreed procedures and best practices are instrumented into our IT tooling.

To be successful in the role you need

• 3-5 years of experience in at least one of the domains of security, quality or compliance, e.g. in the field of IT services or working closely with IT related topics.
• MSc in any relevant discipline (i.e. Finance, IT, Law, Economics).
• Knowledge of common management system frameworks, such as ISO27k1, ISO 20k, ISO 9001, ISAE 3402 SOC2 controls and security standards such as CSA* or familiarity with payment standards. Willingness to learn and dive deep into details is an asset.
• Experience and desire for managing complex requirement sets in spreadsheets and combining requirements with solutions, especially in IT services context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and high level of personal integrity.
• Proactive can-do attitude and willingness to develop along the evolving needs of a hyper growth business. Readiness to build processes, tools, and best practices from scratch instead of working as a standard part of a big engine.
