EMEA SaaS HCM Center of Excellence (CoE) team is hiring highly skilled specialists, to extend our EMEA Consulting delivery and implementation capabilities.

Job Summary\:

An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within HCM. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

2-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 1-year consulting experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel.

Scope of the Role\:

Will be part of EMEA SaaS HCM Center of Excellence (CoE) working on the projects across EMEA region (predominantly Europe).

The HCM consultant is responsible for designing, developing and supporting business solutions leveraging the latest versions of Oracle HCM Cloud, including modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.

We are looking for specialists capable of leading (contributing to) compelling solution implementation for clients on their Human Capital Management strategies, architectures and roadmaps. The consultant must be able to advise the clients on their transformation needs.

  • Reports to the EMEA HCM CoE Leader
  • Works on client-billable and pre-sales assignments
  • Works with sales and delivery to ensure solutions are both sellable and deliverable to a profit
  • Works on development of the OC TCM portfolio
  • Works on OC IP creation

Knowledge and Competency Requirements\: 

Education

  • Higher education\: Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or similar
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certifications preferred 

Experience/Technical/ Professional knowledge 

  • 2-5 years of demonstrable experience with HCM solutions at a consultancy or customer including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery
  • Strong awareness and proven delivery experience of Oracle HCM Cloud. Knowledge of some other HCM applications can be also considered\: Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud, eBusiness Suite HR, PeopleSoft, and other similar HCM applications
  • Detailed knowledge of HCM terminology and all the major business processes and associated functionality in HCM domain
  • A creative and agile problem-solver
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including experience planning and participating in blueprint and design sessions. Have been through at least 3 complete implementation cycles
  • Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams
  • Proven leadership in managing, governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants and vendors through various initiatives
  • Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members, especially in an international team that heavily uses remote communication
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members
  • Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers
  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas
  • Can demonstrate a strong awareness of the differences between cloud and on-premise solutions and their benefits
  • Commercially astute
  • Politically aware
  • Deep, proven experience of their competence area
  • Ability to present an argument\: persuasive
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least in one of these languages\: German (highly preferred), Italian, French, Spanish - both written and oral with strong presentation ability. Other languages can be also considered.
