We are looking for Data Leaders to support our customers in their journey to turn data into value.

Organizations have realized how crucial role data plays in all business technology development on the digital era. Turning data into value requires that

• the foundations of data management are in place in the organization and that data is managed as a strategic asset
• data is made available on a modern data platform
• … for modern analytics and innovative use cases.

As a Data Leader you will be developing and implementing data leadership concepts in different customer organizations. This can mean development and implementation of data strategies, data management & governance practices and data driven culture. You would be part of our Data and Cloud business team where we are also implementing data platforms using state of the art cloud technologies and best practices for scalability, analytics and data science leadership.

For the Data Leader position we’re looking for a person who has experienced all of the above. You’re comfortable talking technology but above all know what an organization needs to thrive in the digital era. You have hands-on experience setting the operating model, processes, roles and responsibilities for harnessing data for insight and improvement.

Typically you will be working closely with our customers’ strategy teams, IT and business leaders. In order to thrive in your work, you need to be interested in how data can create value, new technologies can enable scalability and culture can improve results.

• Curiosity is your second nature and you can understand both the big picture and the details that matter.
• Your communication skills are outstanding both in Finnish and English.
• You can produce professional materials and presentations for a wide variety of target audiences from C-level to operational roles.
• You can have either technical or leadership background and high interest in data with all its possibilities.
