Digital Development and Project Management Enthusiasts. Your role is to drive digital development and manage business transformation projects with our customers. You stay curious for fresh ideas and are interested in experimenting with new technology and concepts. You are a natural team player with great leadership, facilitation and communication skills. You have proven track record in project management and organisational change management with concrete business benefits to show for it. You will have an opportunity to showcase a deliverable where you were a driving force for a group of people operating in a new way.

You can make the magic happen with your capability to drive people centric technology transformations. You fluently communicate with C-level and feel comfortable in management meeting rooms.

You are persistent and able to coach and support stakeholders in top management as well as operational roles. Your master dialogue and you can quickly produce professional presentation materials and reports.

We expect good interaction skills, and look forward to be WOWed by your application. Finnish and English proficiency is a must.
