Are you our new IT Manager and Change Leader? 

We are looking for you to run, develop and lead digitalisation in our customer organisations! 

As an IT Manager you will be running IT Management, transformations and projects in our customer organisations. You will be creating and developing Business Technology – such as digitalization overall with IT management, development, sourcing and service management capabilities – in midmarket organisations. Typically, this also means improving basic IT services to help the business to succeed.  

In addition, your role is to drive digital development and manage business transformation projects. You stay curious for fresh ideas and are interested in experimenting with new technology and concepts. You are a natural team player with great leadership, facilitation and communication skills. You have proven track record in project management and organisational change management with concrete business benefits to show for it.   

You can make the magic happen with your capability to drive people centric technology transformations. You fluently communicate with top management and feel comfortable in management meeting rooms. 

You are persistent and able to coach and support stakeholders in top management as well as operational roles. Your master dialogue and you can quickly produce professional presentation materials and reports. 

We expect good interaction skills. Finnish and English proficiency is a must.
