F-Secure through its Consumer Security Business unit is the market leader in the Service Provider segment working together with the largest Service Providers globally. Through our partners we protect tens of millions of consumers against cyberthreats based on our award-winning security and privacy products.

F-Secure's success is based on our unique channel strategy where we help Service Providers to define and execute their consumer security and go-to-market strategy. Our broad portfolio of cybersecurity products can be customized to fit partner’s needs, we optimize the customer journey and tightly integrate with business processes like provisioning, while our service marketing teams ensure the services are successfully launched from day one.

We are now looking to strengthen our Service Provider Business and hiring a regional sales VP to take the lead on Nordics and Baltic regions. The successful candidate will lead the sales team that is responsible for the growth of our Service Provider business in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Baltic countries. In this role you will be reporting to the VP Global Service Provider Sales, Consumer Security BU and you will play a critical role in growing and scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and other strategic objectives by establishing new relationships and growing existing engagements with Service Providers

  • Build and maintain solid partnerships with external and internal stakeholders

  • As a member of the Service Provider Management Team, you will be expected to contribute to the broader development of our global service provider business

  • Lead a talented team of Account Managers, Service Marketing Managers and Technical Service Managers across the region, all of whom require different levels of guidance and support

  • Identify and manage client expectations and communicate internally with key stakeholders

  • Grow the Service Provider pipeline from lead generation through to deal closing, across the highest seniority levels in existing and potential customers

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive leadership experience, excellent people management skills. This is a leadership role, but you’ll also be expected to support the team in acquiring new customers and growing our business with existing accounts

  • At least 10+ years sales experience and a consistent track record of execution and personal success with large and complex sales cases.

  • Solid track record in building relationships with senior leadership in Service Provider businesses

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in systems and sales tool usage, the ability to make clear business decisions based on complex data.

  • Mature and well balanced thinking, in order to deliver as effectively as possible on the wider goals and strategy of the company.

  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English. Mastering another Nordic language is an advantage (Finnish, Swedish)

  • Some amount of travelling required within the Nordic Region and Europe. Position can be located in Finland (Helsinki), Sweden (Stockholm), or Denmark (Copenhagen)
