A high-quality, internationally well-known, and unique accommodation destination Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort Oy is looking for a Management Assistant.

You will work under top management in an international environment and we promise to work with a diverse and challenging job description as well as a unique environment. The resort area has a total of 650 beds, several restaurants, reception buildings, activity areas, an art gallery, and a souvenir shop.

You support senior management in the day-to-day administration of the company. Your tasks include e.g. official affairs and communication with the accountant and Payroll. You do your job carefully; you know how to prioritize your tasks and you have good oral and written English language skills. We require you to have good IT skills, readiness to work independently, the right attitude, and pressure tolerance even in the middle of a rush. We take advantage of your experience in e-government. A driving license is desirable but not mandatory.

The work is permanent, and the work can start immediately. We will arrange the apartment if necessary.
