We are now looking for an Investor Relations (IR) Manager. In this role you will keep the financial community informed about the company strategy and performance in a way that gives a fair view of F-Secure as an investment. As an IR Manager, you will report to the CFO and be a part of the Finance function. We offer you an opportunity to work closely with the top management and businesses in driving growth and delivering shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and communication of F-Secure’s IR message
• Preparation and development of interim reports, year-end reports, stock exchange releases, investor presentations, and other IR materials
• Management and development of F-Secure’s IR website
• Quarterly and ad-hoc analysis of F-Secure’s financials and analyst estimates
• Participation in investor meetings together with the management
• Organization of roadshows, investor conferences, Capital Markets Days and Annual General Meetings

What are we looking for?

• Relevant work experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial controlling, corporate finance or management consulting
• Strong understanding of financials and legal requirements for publicly listed companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Exceptional attention to details combined with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work independently

• Readiness to travel

• Relevant university level degree
