We are now looking for Senior Service Owner, Human Resources to join Global Functions team in UPM IT Business Services. Scope includes various services for Employee Lifecycle management, OHS, Payroll and HR Contact Center.

UPM IT Business Services has the end-to-end service ownership and global delivery accountability for the business services delivered by IT.

What you’ll do

• Own the over-all accountability of end-to-end IT service delivery towards HR as a single point of contact for services in scope across the entire service lifecycle
• Maintain continuous dialog with business stakeholders in order to identify business process, customer experience and service improvement opportunities
• Manage and drive selected initiatives from HR development portfolio
• Provide clear service expectations and ensure proper prioritization towards enabling IT services and Suppliers in UPM IT Ecosystem
• Develop IT service and solution utilization in business organization
• Ensure smooth transit from project to line organization including IT support model design and implementation
• Contribute in creating technical roadmaps
• Manage BUILD cost budgeting and follow up together with business
• Be accountable of up-to-date service documentation, CMDB and IT Compliancy

Who you are

• You have M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent degree and several years’ work experience in leading, steering and managing Business IT services successfully and efficiently, preferably in HR area
• You have evidence of participation in Business IT development road-map creation and successful implementation
• You have showcased your capability to outline cross-business requirements and finding synergies enabling solution landscape simplification
• You have strong customer mindset and delivery focus
• You have knowledge and experience of on-prem, PaaS and SaaS based service delivery and you are familiar with modern technologies
• You are able to organize work efficiently to support various simultaneous initiatives
• You have excellent influencing and communication skills as well as strong drive, motivation and sense of accountability
• You are able to follow ITSM processes (ITIL) and familiar with IT controls
• Your cost and business value consciousness are on excellent level
• Fluent written and spoken English is required, other languages are an asset
